Ubbink Loft Hatches are injection moulded in polypropylene. They are tough and durable units which are quick and easy to install and maintenance free. Each unit is insulated with CFC free flame retardant expanded polystyrene foam and has compressible draught and vapour seals. There is a twist operated catch to hold the hatch securely and prevent draught uplift. Both hatches are Part L complient. LH4 is a drop-in model. LH5 is a dropdown hinged model. Both hatches provide an access of 526mm x 626mm and fit into a roof aperture of 560mm x 660mm.
