These allow you to meet building regulations for the ventilation of roof spaces. Ubbink tile vents are available in a range of colours and profiles to suit your requirements (if we do not have one to suit Ubbink offer a universal product called UB16). The UB19 vents provide a free vent area of 22,000mm².

Ubbink's UB8 inline roof vents can be used with small plain non-interlocking tiles, designed to merge into the surface of plain tiles without disturbing the roofline. Each UB8 has a free vent area of 6,250mm². These vents are available in Ubbink's standard four colours.

 Ubbink's UB62 vent offers high performance whilst retaining the aesthetics of the roof design. These vents are suitable for all roof pitches above 22.5° and provide a free vent area of 15,000mm². UB62's are also available in various profiles and colours.

Ubbink's UB17 is a roof void ventilator for use in slates with a free vent area of 10,000mm². The base is supplied as a direct replacement for a 600x300mm slate. When the 25mm side bands are trimmed off and the inner set of fixing points is used, the unit is then a direct replacement for a 500x250mm slate.

Ubbink's UB11 unit has a multi purpose base which will provide inconspicuous ventilation in most sizes of natural and manmade slate. UB11 units can be installed in roof pitches of 25° and above and have a free vent area of 10,750mm².

Ubbink's UB16 is a universal roof vent for use in all tile and slate pitched roofs without the need to identify the make or deisgn of the tiles or slates.The unit comprises of a streamlined hood on a circular upstand with a 500 x 500mm Ubiflex non lead skirt. The free vent area of the UB16 is 20,000mm² with a 160mm diameter sleeve.
