Suitable for use in new build situations in either cold or warm roofs.         New Build Insulation Spacer Trays (NB) Function: Insulation spacer tray which provides a clear airway between the ceiling insulation and the roof underlay in both cold and warm roofs. Material: PVC-u Size: For cold roofs: NB 400 - for use with 400 and 450mm rafter centres providing a minimum 25mm airway NB 600 - for use with 600mm rafter centres providing a minimum 25mm airway For warm roofs: NB 400A - for use with 400 and 450mm rafter centres providing a minimum 50mm airway NB 600A - for use with 600mm rafter centres providing a minimum 50mm airway All trays are 330mm deep.
