Products
The Ubbink mission is to improve the energy efficiency and indoor climate of all buildings across Europe. To support this aim, Ubbink offers many products and systems that contribute to and make this goal possible.
Ubbink manufactures high quality sustainable products. Our Airtightness and Room Ventilation systems ensure less energy is required to maintain the temperature in your home. Our Light category products help reduce the amount of artificial light required, further reducing energy consumption and the Watertightness and Construction ventilation systems help to ensure the building life span is maintained as long as possible. Products in our Solar range include PV panels and mounting system for both pitched and flat roofs.
Ecology
Ubbink's goal is to minimise the ecological footprint, both in the manufacture of the products and in buying them. Ubbink also aims to constantly review its business processes so that the ecological footprint is reduced whenever and wherever possible.
Recycling
During the product design process we are constantly striving to carry out improvements when it comes to recycling. Ubbink's goal is to ensure the use of sustainable materials wherever possible, and to minimise the use of raw materials.
Ubbink is a company, which over the years, has had many innovations to it's name. A team of experts is constantly looking for new products that can contribute to our mission. Here are some (recent) examples of our innovative products and solutions.
Ubiflex
In 2006 Ubbink introduced an alternative for lead in construction. Ubiflex is made of modified bitumen with a high quality plastic on a flexible pure aluminum carrier, is easy to use and requires no maintenance.
PP Flue
The first building grade plastic exhaust gas disposal system was introduced in 1999. The system is completely made of polypropylene (PP) and has been extensively tested by the Building Regulatory Bodies across Europe. The PP system provides a much shorter processing time as the manufacturing process is much quicker. It is also more resistant to condensate and is easier to install than traditional stainless steel flue systems.
Solar Energy
In June 2009 Ubbink started to offer solar energy systems. We can provide a complete system that consists of solar panels, fastening systems, cabling and inverters. The solar panels provide a high quality performance and significantly lower energy bills.
