The RHR 70 range of fans provides effective balanced heat recovery ventilation through a single extract unit for individual rooms. It is ideal for providing a clean and comfortable living environment at low cost. The RHR 70 improves indoor air quality, reducing humidity and protecting the fabric of the building.

Energy efficiency
The RHR 70 uses a combination of recycled motor generated heat and heat recovered from the extracted air to raise the temperature of the incoming air. The motor and heat exchanger are carefully balanced to ensure that the temperature of the incoming air is close to that of the room temperature. This reduces energy loss and draughts, providing a comfortable living environment.

Operation
Models available: single speed, twin speed and SELV (Safe Electrical Low Voltage). The units can be easily operated using a pull cord, timer or humidistat control. The twin speed models run continuously at the lower speed and will switch to the higher speed when the remote switch is turned on. The RHR 70 filters the incoming air to reduce pollen and dust. It is approved by the British Electrotechnical Approvals Board and the motor has an IP24 safety rating.

Installation and maintenance
The RHR 70 is designed to be mounted on walls, ceilings and windows. For easy and correct installation, Ubbink provides specially designed fixing kits for each application. Very little maintenance is required; the re-useable filters are easily removed and washed.
